Job Description:

The role involves assisting in the packing, labeling, and preparation of merchandise for dispatch across retail outlets and clients. The Packing Helper plays a key role in maintaining Rivoli’s high standards in product handling and delivery accuracy.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in packing products securely for transportation and delivery
- Label, wrap, and organize merchandise as per shipping requirements
- Follow specific instructions for fragile or high-value items
- Support warehouse staff in loading and unloading delivery vehicles
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the packing area
- Conduct basic quality checks before packing to ensure no damage or defects
- Assist with stock organization and inventory as needed
- Adhere to all company safety and hygiene regulations
Education & Qualifications:
- High School Certificate or equivalent
- Previous experience in packing, warehouse, or logistics is an advantage
- Ability to lift and move heavy packages (manual handling)
- Basic understanding of English for reading instructions and labeling
- Good team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, if required
