Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all cabins are clean and well-maintained before, during, and after flights.
  • Assist cabin crew in the preparation and presentation of in-flight services.
  • Monitor and replenish cabin supplies, such as blankets, pillows, and amenities.
  • Respond promptly to passenger requests and assist with any special needs or requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures at all times.
  • Conduct regular checks of emergency equipment and report any malfunctions.
  • Assist with boarding and disembarkation processes, ensuring passenger comfort and safety.
  • Support the cabin crew in handling any in-flight emergencies or disruptions.
  • Maintain high standards of personal grooming and presentation in line with company guidelines.

Education and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of safety and emergency procedures is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
