Job Description:
BSM Engineering, a well-established engineering and construction company in Singapore, is hiring dedicated and hardworking Construction Workers to support on-site projects. This role involves assisting in various construction activities, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with general construction tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials
- Operate basic hand and power tools
- Help erect scaffolding and assist in concrete mixing and pouring
- Follow site supervisor instructions and adhere to safety procedures
- Clean and prepare work sites for different stages of construction
- Support skilled tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, electricians, plumbers) as needed
Education & Qualifications:
- Minimum Primary School education
- Previous experience in construction is an advantage, but not mandatory
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor
- Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment
- Must be safety-conscious and a team player
