🏭 Job Description
AG Millworks, a premium manufacturer of custom doors and windows, is currently seeking Factory Workers for its production facility in Debert, Nova Scotia. This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated individuals looking to join a skilled manufacturing team in a hands-on role. The position is ideal for candidates with a keen eye for detail, strong work ethic, and interest in craftsmanship.
🔧 Job Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and hand tools to assemble windows and doors
- Measure, cut, and prepare raw materials (wood, aluminum, glass, etc.)
- Perform quality checks on finished products
- Pack and prepare items for shipping
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Adhere to workplace safety guidelines and procedures
- Assist with loading/unloading materials
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production targets
🎓 Education & Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous manufacturing or factory experience an asset
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to read measurements and blueprints
- Comfortable lifting 25–50 lbs and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
