Factory Workers (Entry Level, Machine Operators, Line Leaders)

Job Description

Thermo-Kool, a nationally recognized leader in commercial walk-in refrigeration solutions, is now hiring for Factory Workers, Machine Operators, and Line Leaders to support its growing manufacturing facility in Laurel, Mississippi. We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals who are committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities

🔹 Factory Workers:

• Assist with material handling and product assembly
• Load/unload items onto production lines
• Follow safety protocols and quality checks
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations

🔹 Machine Operators:

• Set up and operate manufacturing machinery
• Monitor machine output and adjust settings as needed
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Record production data accurately

🔹 Line Leaders:

• Supervise and coordinate daily line operations
• Train and guide production workers
• Ensure production goals and quality standards are met
• Communicate with supervisors and address production issues

Education & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
• Machine Operators/Line Leaders: Prior technical or supervisory experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work flexible shifts

Salary & Benefits

Hourly Pay:

• Factory Workers: $16/hour
• Machine Operators: $18–$20/hour
• Line Leaders: $20–$22/hour
