Job Description:
Ginger Healthcare, a reputable and growing healthcare provider in Qatar, is looking for a qualified and compassionate Female Nurse to join its professional team in Doha. The selected candidate will provide high-quality patient care in accordance with medical protocols and Ginger Healthcare’s standards, contributing to a safe and nurturing healthcare environment.
As a Female Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering patient-focused care, maintaining detailed medical records, and assisting doctors and other medical professionals in day-to-day clinical operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor, assess, and record patient conditions and progress
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Assist with diagnostic tests, procedures, and medical examinations
- Provide emotional support and health education to patients and families
- Maintain patient medical records accurately and confidentially
- Prepare and manage clinical equipment and instruments
- Respond to medical emergencies quickly and efficiently
- Follow infection control protocols and safety standards
- Coordinate with other nurses and medical staff for seamless patient care
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Diploma in General Nursing
- Valid Nursing License from a recognized medical council
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (hospital or clinic preferred)
- Must be eligible for or hold a Qatar Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) license
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and a caring attitude
- Must be female (due to patient care requirements)
Salary & Benefits:
