Job Description

As a Food Server, you will ensure the efficient delivery of food and beverages to VIP lounges, in-flight services, or staff facilities while maintaining the highest levels of hygiene, presentation, and customer service.

Job Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to guests in lounges, offices, or onboard catering areas
- Ensure timely delivery and presentation of meals according to Qatar Airways standards
- Assist in setting up dining areas or service counters before shifts
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all food service areas
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation procedures at all times
- Refill condiments, restock serving stations, and monitor inventory
- Provide exceptional customer service and attend to special dietary requests
- Report any service-related issues to supervisors for prompt resolution
Education & Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, or food service preferred
- Good English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Friendly attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
