Al-Alam Enterprises is seeking a dynamic and professional Front Desk Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Manage the front desk, ensuring it is tidy and presentable with all necessary materials.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
  • Handle and resolve client inquiries and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges).
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings for staff.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
  • Support the team with additional tasks and projects as required.

Education and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer service orientation with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
