Job Description: Front Office Bell Attendant

Accor is seeking a friendly and professional Front Office Bell Attendant to join our team at one of our prestigious hotels in Abu Dhabi. This role is essential in providing a warm welcome and ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable stay from arrival to departure.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with their luggage.
  • Escort guests to their rooms and familiarize them with hotel facilities and room amenities.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
  • Deliver messages, packages, and amenities to guest rooms efficiently.
  • Assist with room changes and handle guest luggage during check-in and check-out.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, bell desk, and luggage storage areas.
  • Provide information about local attractions, hotel services, and amenities.
  • Coordinate with the front desk team to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the front office manager.

Education and Qualification:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Knowledge of the local area and attractions is beneficial.
