Job Description:
Mondrian Doha, a luxury lifestyle hotel known for its vibrant design and exceptional guest experience, is currently seeking a dedicated and vigilant Hotel Security Officer. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and hotel property while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
This role is crucial to maintaining a secure, welcoming environment and plays a vital part in the hotel’s operations and guest satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Patrol hotel premises regularly to maintain order and establish a secure environment
- Monitor CCTV systems and report any suspicious behavior
- Respond to emergencies including medical, fire, or security threats
- Assist in enforcing hotel policies and procedures among guests and staff
- Control access to restricted areas and ensure proper guest identification
- Support investigations and write accurate incident and activity reports
- Provide escort services to staff and guests when necessary
- Collaborate with local authorities in case of major incidents or emergencies
- Perform routine checks on fire and safety equipment
Education & Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hotel or hospitality security preferred
- Strong observational and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of fire safety and first aid is an advantage
- Physical fitness and the ability to remain on foot for long periods
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly salary: QAR 3,000 – QAR 4,500
