Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and applications
- Monitor and manage network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance
- Provide technical support to staff on IT issues (hardware/software)
- Troubleshoot system errors, connectivity issues, and software bugs
- Assist in the setup of user accounts, permissions, and security access
- Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery measures are in place
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and manage procurement requests
- Collaborate with internal departments for IT-related needs
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and documentation

Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support or systems role
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux systems, networking, and cloud technologies
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are an advantage
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
