ABANA Enterprises Group Co. is seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Support professional to join our team in the Riyadh Region, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software, ensuring the smooth operation of IT services across the company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Respond promptly to service issues and requests, providing timely resolutions.
  • Conduct regular system updates and maintenance to ensure system integrity.
  • Assist in the setup of new users’ accounts, email, and other necessary resources.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and support procedures.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for specialized technical support.
  • Implement and enforce IT policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to staff on the use of IT systems and software.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Familiarity with network protocols, LAN/WAN configurations, and firewall management.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Certification in CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
