📝 Job Description
KAF International Trading, a reputed supplier and service provider of industrial equipment and machinery across the UAE, is looking for a qualified and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Dubai. This role is suited for someone with solid technical knowledge, hands-on engineering skills, and the ability to manage machinery installation and maintenance tasks in various industrial environments.
As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, inspecting, troubleshooting, and maintaining a variety of mechanical systems and machinery, supporting both in-house and client projects.
🎯 Job Responsibilities
- Design and review mechanical components, layouts, and systems
- Perform installation, testing, and commissioning of industrial machines
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with project teams to meet technical requirements and deadlines
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Create technical documentation including manuals, reports, and maintenance logs
- Provide technical support to sales and client service departments
- Maintain knowledge of current industry trends and emerging technologies
- Ensure compliance with ISO, ASME, and local safety and quality standards
🎓 Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in industrial or mechanical systems
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar design software
- Knowledge of HVAC, hydraulics, and rotating equipment is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
- Good communication skills in English
