Job Description:
Sheikh Khalifa Medical City (SKMC), a part of the Abu Dhabi Health Services Company (SEHA), is seeking qualified and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our world-class medical team. As a nurse at SKMC, you will play a vital role in patient care, working in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. You will assist in providing the highest standards of nursing care, patient education, and support within one of the region’s leading healthcare institutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with professional standards and hospital protocols
- Monitor, assess, and record patient symptoms and progress
- Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment procedures, and post-discharge care
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure patient confidentiality
- Assist in medical emergencies and respond appropriately to clinical situations
- Uphold infection control and patient safety measures at all times
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution
- Valid DHA/HAAD/MOH license or eligibility to obtain
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred
- BLS/ACLS certification is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a multicultural, high-pressure environment
