Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office, including workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas.
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
  • Assist in the preparation and setup of meeting rooms, ensuring they are tidy and equipped with necessary materials.
  • Handle the distribution of office supplies, ensuring all departments are adequately stocked.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as filing documents, photocopying, and handling mail.
  • Support staff with miscellaneous tasks as required, including moving furniture, setting up equipment, and running errands.
  • Maintain and manage office equipment, reporting any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
  • Ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling materials.

Education and Qualification:
