ROSHN l روشن is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Officer of Administration Services to join our team in the Riyadh Region, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the office environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate, and implement new procedures.
  • Ensure efficient office operations by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
  • Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and maintain records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Liaise with other departments to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
  • Supervise and train office staff in office procedures.

Education and Qualifications:
