About the Role
DULSCO, a leading HR and HSE solutions provider in Qatar, is seeking a qualified Safety Officer to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations across client sites. This role is critical in maintaining our commitment to zero-harm workplaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and risk assessments
- Implement and monitor HSE policies in compliance with Qatari regulations
- Investigate incidents and near-misses, recommending corrective actions
- Deliver safety inductions and toolbox talks for employees
- Maintain safety documentation and reporting systems
- Coordinate emergency response drills and procedures
- Advise management on safety improvement opportunities
Requirements
- Education: NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification
- Experience: 2+ years in HSE roles (construction/oil & gas preferred)
Certifications:
- ISO 45001/9001 knowledge
- First Aid certified
Skills:
- Fluent in English (Arabic advantageous)
- Strong knowledge of Qatari safety regulations
- Proficient in MS Office
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: QAR 6,000–9,000/month
