Job Description:
Dubai Mall, one of the world’s largest and most prestigious shopping destinations, is currently hiring Sales Associates to join its vibrant retail team. We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-oriented individuals with a passion for fashion, electronics, luxury goods, or general retail. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining store standards across various brand outlets within the mall.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
- Manage stock levels, assist in stock replenishment and merchandising
- Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Stay informed about promotions, new arrivals, and store policies
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned by the supervisor
Education & Qualification:
- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree in Retail, Marketing, or Business is a plus
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- A positive attitude, team spirit, and professional appearance
Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly salary: AED 3,500 – AED 5,000
