Job Description: Secretary

Al-Hamra Kuwait Company W.L.L. is seeking a highly organized and efficient Secretary to join our team in the Kuwait City Metropolitan Area. The Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
  • Provide general support to visitors and handle administrative tasks as needed.

Education and Qualification:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
