Job Description
Rosewood Hotel Group, a world-renowned name in luxury hospitality, is seeking dedicated and hardworking Cleaners to join their team in Doha, Qatar. As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a five-star guest experience at all times.
This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in cleanliness, are detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a high-end hospitality environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize rooms and facilities
- Replenish amenities such as towels, toiletries, and minibar supplies
- Dispose of trash and ensure hygienic waste management
- Follow hotel cleaning checklists and standards
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost items to supervisors
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness of cleaning equipment and storage areas
- Provide excellent customer service if approached by guests
Education and Qualifications
- No formal education required
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (hotel or commercial cleaning) is preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Basic English communication skills
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Physically fit and able to stand, bend, and lift for long periods
- Professional attitude and grooming standard in line with luxury hospitality
