Job Description:
Royale Hayat Hospital, a prestigious healthcare institution in Kuwait known for its excellence in patient care and hospitality, is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Hospital Cleaners to maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Job Responsibilities:
- Clean patient rooms, bathrooms, operation theaters, and public areas according to hospital standards
- Disinfect surfaces, furniture, and high-contact areas to prevent infection
- Remove medical and general waste safely and dispose of it in designated areas
- Replenish supplies such as soap, hand sanitizers, and tissue in restrooms and patient areas
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and responsibly
- Follow strict hygiene protocols and infection control procedures
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisors
- Cooperate with nursing and support staff for cleaning needs
- Ensure cleaning records and checklists are completed accurately and on time
Education & Qualifications:
- No formal education required; basic literacy preferred
- Prior experience in hospital or clinical cleaning is an advantage
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines
- Physically fit and capable of standing or walking for long periods
- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
