About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage passenger check-in, boarding, and baggage services
- Assist with flight dispatch and gate operations
- Provide premium customer service to passengers
- Handle special requests (unaccompanied minors, VIPs)
- Coordinate with ramp agents and flight crew
- Resolve passenger queries in multiple languages
- Maintain compliance with aviation security regulations
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma (aviation diploma preferred)
- Experience: 1+ year in customer service (aviation preferred)
- Languages: Fluency in English + Arabic/French/German/Russian
Skills:
- Excellent communication

Physical: Ability to stand for long periods
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: QAR 5,000–7,000/month
