Little Farms, Singapore’s trusted premium grocery and fresh food market, is currently hiring a Picker Packer to join our logistics and fulfilment team. This role is essential in supporting our daily order operations by ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched on time.

🎯 Job Responsibilities
- Accurately pick grocery items based on order slips or system-generated lists
- Pack items carefully into delivery bags or boxes, ensuring quality and freshness
- Check expiration dates and product condition before packing
- Label and tag packaged orders correctly for identification
- Assist with receiving, sorting, and stocking inventory in the warehouse or storage area
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the packing area
- Support in stocktaking and inventory checks when needed
- Coordinate with delivery drivers and logistics team to ensure timely dispatch
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
🎓 Education & Qualifications
- Minimum Primary or Secondary School education
- No prior experience required, but experience in retail, warehouse, or grocery is a bonus
- Able to read and understand basic English for order slips and labels
- Physically fit and able to lift boxes (up to 15kg)
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Team player with a positive work attitude
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays (shift-based work schedule)
