Job Description:
Kering, a global luxury group managing renowned brands such as Gucci, Saint Laurent, Balenciaga, and Bottega Veneta, is seeking a motivated and fashion-savvy Sales Associate to join its retail team in Kuwait City. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets in a luxury retail environment.
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Kering’s prestigious brand portfolio, ensuring customers receive personalized service and product knowledge that reflects the brand’s heritage and values.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers, offering a high-end shopping experience
- Understand client needs and provide product recommendations accordingly
- Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling strategies
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of current collections, trends, and promotions
- Ensure the boutique/store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing
- Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately
- Assist in inventory checks and stock replenishment
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets
- Follow company policies and adhere to luxury retail service standards
Education & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Minimum 1–2 years of retail or sales experience (luxury or fashion industry is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for fashion and knowledge of luxury brands
- Strong command of English; Arabic is an advantage
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
