Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project requirements.
• Measure, cut, and shape wood, plywood, and other materials.
• Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, doors, cabinetry, and moldings.
• Perform finishing tasks including sanding, staining, varnishing, and painting.
• Repair and refurbish existing wooden structures.
• Ensure work complies with building codes and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects efficiently.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Education and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in carpentry is a plus.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in finish carpentry.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools.
• Strong knowledge of wood properties and other carpentry materials.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical condition and stamina.
