Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address maintenance issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and property managers.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems and equipment.
• Maintain and repair building fixtures, including doors, windows, and flooring.
• Assist with the setup and teardown of events or community activities as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and work orders.

Education and Qualifications:
