Job Description:

Accor, a global leader in the hospitality industry, is seeking a talented and experienced Painter to join our maintenance team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in painting, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the high standards of our luxurious properties.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes, and sanding surfaces.
• Mix, match, and apply paints and other finishes to various surfaces including walls, ceilings, and furniture.
• Use brushes, rollers, and spray equipment to apply paint, varnish, and other finishes.
• Ensure that work areas are clean and safe at all times.
• Cover and protect furniture, flooring, and other surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape and paper to prevent damage.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Collaborate with other maintenance and housekeeping team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Perform touch-ups and repairs as needed to maintain the appearance of the property.

Education and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a painter, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Proficient in using painting tools and equipment.
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical condition and the ability to work on ladders and scaffolding.
