Job Description:

Al Koot Insurance & Reinsurance Company, a premier provider of insurance solutions in Qatar, is seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Personal Assistant to support our executive team. The successful candidate will manage a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of executive schedules and enhancing overall productivity.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives.
  • Manage and coordinate executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documents.
  • Facilitate communication between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
  • Assist in the preparation of executive-level reports and presentations.
  • Conduct research and compile data as required.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by executives.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
