Job Description:
National Food Products Company (NFPC), one of the UAE’s leading producers of dairy, juice, and food products, is hiring Food Production Workers for its state-of-the-art facility in Jebel Ali, Dubai. The role involves working on the production line to assist in manufacturing, packaging, and quality assurance of food products, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate food processing and packaging machines efficiently
- Follow production schedules and instructions from supervisors
- Conduct visual inspection of products for quality and consistency
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the production area
- Assist with loading/unloading raw materials and finished goods
- Label and package products accurately according to company standards
- Record production data and report any machine issues or delays
- Follow safety protocols, wear protective gear, and maintain sanitation procedures
- Support with routine cleaning and equipment maintenance
- Work collaboratively in shifts to meet daily production targets
Education and Qualification:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a food manufacturing or factory setting is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Good communication skills and team spirit
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
