Job Description:
DBS Bank, one of Asia’s leading financial institutions, is seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented Customer Service Representatives to join our team. This front-line role is key to delivering an excellent customer experience and building strong relationships with our clients across various banking services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Handle banking transactions, account inquiries, and service requests
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Assist with problem resolution and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Promote DBS digital banking tools and services
Education & Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in Business, Banking, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English (Mandarin or other languages a plus)
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital platforms
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities
