Job Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service to passengers, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Conduct pre-flight briefings and safety checks.
• Demonstrate safety procedures and ensure passengers comply with all safety regulations.
• Serve meals and beverages, and handle sales of duty-free items.
• Respond to passenger queries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
• Assist passengers with special needs, including children, elderly, and disabled passengers.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the cabin.
• Collaborate with fellow crew members to ensure a smooth flight experience.
• Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently, following standard operating procedures.

Education and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to swim at least 25 meters unaided.
• Minimum height of 160 cm and arm reach of 212 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• No visible tattoos while in Emirates cabin crew uniform.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 21 years old at the time of joining.
