Job Description
Linum Consult is seeking hardworking and experienced Construction Workers to join ongoing infrastructure projects in Doha, Qatar. As a globally recognized consultancy in construction and engineering, Linum Consult offers stable employment, growth opportunities, and a dynamic work environment.
This role is ideal for foreign workers looking to build a long-term career in Qatar’s booming construction sector.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Operate construction equipment (jackhammers, drills, mixers, etc.)
- Assist carpenters, masons, plumbers, and other skilled trades
- Follow safety guidelines and report hazards to supervisors
- Prepare and clean construction sites before and after tasks
- Load and unload building materials
- Erect and dismantle temporary structures like scaffolding
- Ensure timely completion of assigned duties
Education and Qualifications
- Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Certification in construction safety (preferred but not mandatory)
- Basic understanding of construction tools and processes
- Physically fit and able to work long hours in extreme weather conditions
- Previous experience in construction work (2+ years preferred)
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly in English
