PERSOLKELLY Singapore, one of Asia-Pacific’s leading HR service providers, is looking for Customer Service / Call Center Executives to join our client-facing support team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls and providing information, assistance, and solutions in a professional and courteous manner.

🎯 Job Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Provide accurate product/service information to customers
  • Handle complaints, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary
  • Record and update customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain knowledge of company services, promotions, and policies
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (calls handled, resolution rate, etc.)
  • Support cross-functional teams when required (email support, live chat, etc.)

πŸŽ“ Education & Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE β€˜O’ Level or Diploma in any discipline
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Patient, empathetic, and a good listener
  • Able to work on rotational shifts, including weekends/public holidays (if required)
