Job Description
ENOC is seeking motivated and physically fit Factory Workers to join its production and manufacturing units in Dubai. The successful candidates will support daily operations across various ENOC factory sites, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and production standards. This is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in one of the UAE’s most respected and innovative energy groups.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate basic factory equipment and machinery under supervision
- Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products
- Perform quality checks and report defective items
- Pack, label, and store products as per ENOC protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the production area
- Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE at all times
- Assist technicians and supervisors in routine maintenance
- Record daily activities and report issues to shift supervisor
Education & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior factory or warehouse experience is a plus
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and quality control
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 kg
- Willingness to work flexible hours or night shifts
- Physically fit and capable of working in industrial conditions
- Team player with good communication skills
