Job Description:
Nestlé, the world’s largest food and beverage company, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join its commercial team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales operations across assigned territories, managing distributor relationships, and executing strategic plans to drive growth and market share for Nestlé’s wide portfolio of products.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies in alignment with national goals
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives and area sales managers
- Analyze sales performance data, identify trends, and forecast demand
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors
- Monitor competitor activities and develop counter-strategies
- Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and promotions
- Conduct regular field visits to assess market dynamics and team performance
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly business reviews to senior management
- Drive customer satisfaction and ensure Nestlé’s brand visibility and execution standards
Education and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in FMCG sales, including regional or national-level exposure
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Valid UAE driver’s license preferred
