The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and skilled in applying coatings to various surfaces, ensuring a clean, professional finish on all sports products.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming
- Apply paint, coatings, and finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
- Mix and match paint colors to meet product specifications
- Ensure painted surfaces meet company quality standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Inspect painted surfaces for defects and perform necessary touch-ups
- Follow safety protocols and wear proper PPE at all times
Education & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous industrial or commercial painting experience preferred
- Knowledge of painting tools, techniques, and safety practices
- Ability to stand, lift, bend, and carry materials up to 50 lbs
