Job Description:
Entreprises Arseneault Inc., a well-established plumbing and mechanical service provider in Quebec, is currently seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our growing team. Job Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial buildings
- Interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials
- Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance
- Troubleshoot and repair pipe systems and fixtures, including sinks, toilets, and water heaters
- Cut, assemble, and install pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding service and maintenance issues
- Follow all health and safety guidelines on job sites
- Keep detailed records of work performed, including reports and material usage
Education and Qualifications:
- Completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program
- Certification or license as a journeyman plumber (valid in Quebec)
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and local building codes
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Good physical condition and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Bilingual (French/English) is an asset but not mandatory
