Job Description:
IHC (International Holding Company), one of the leading diversified investment conglomerates in the UAE, is currently seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Representative to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and will represent the company with professionalism and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, and face-to-face
- Provide accurate information about company services and policies
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
- Maintain customer interaction records in the CRM system
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
- Process applications, forms, and requests as needed
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Assist in gathering customer feedback for service improvement
- Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold company image at all times
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of customer service experience (corporate experience preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
